Meet Jennifer R. Snider, ESQ.

Biography and Education

Jennifer R. Snider was admitted to the bar in 2005. Ms. Snider is licensed to practice in the State of New York and has been practicing law for over 18 years.

Recently, in January 2023, she opened her own firm,  Turpin & Snider, LLC continuing her love of representing victims of personal injury accidents, never shying away from those that seem difficult and/or unique. Prior to opening her own firm, she worked at Harmon, Linder & Rogowsky, from 2005-2022, where she made Partner in 2015.  At her prior firm, she undertook all aspects of the firm's personal injury claims, with a specialty in legal writing and evaluation of the firm's premise cases.

Ms. Snider was the head of the legal writing department in her old firm, focusing her attention on defending summary judgment motions against her clients on the issue of “serious injury” threshold under Insurance Law as well as liability in slip/trip and fall cases. This has continued into her new firm. Additionally, she represents injured students, by holding school districts legally responsible for student bullying and assaults within the school. Prior to passing the bar exam in New York, Ms. Snider worked as a legal consultant at two non-profit organizations, The Disability Law Project in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Protection & Advocacy in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. During those three years, she was a champion of rights for individuals with physical and mental disabilities.

Her passion is taking on and succeeding in cases for injured plaintiffs that most other attorneys would reject due to their complexity and uncertainty. Ms. Snider always strives to succeed and exceed her clients expectations.

Ms. Snider is a graduate of Tulane University and Temple University, Beasley School of Law.
